Refund Policy



We promise to send you the freshest of flowers and this would mean that occasionally our flowers will be send out in bud form to last longer. We understand the importance of on-time delivery, fresh flowers and the happiness that they will bring. 

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order please contact our customer care team at with your order number, a photo of the product as delivered and the nature of your concern.

Due to perishable nature of many products, you are advised to make any complaint within 24 hours of receipt in order to be eligible for a refund or replacement.

Flowers and Plants can only be returned if found to be faulty. Your statutory rights are not affected. 

Please contact us before returning an item so we can advise you on best way to do this.
